Operating instructions

Since we manufacture modified devices right through to complete assemblies, they don’t normally come with any operating instructions. Customers agree their requirements with us in advance, so they already know how they want to connect and use the devices. However, we can provide documentation for the power supply units on request. And of course our support team will also help you commission devices.

If you have any questions, there are a number of people you can turn to.

Safety: What you need to know

Due to the technology, inside power packs there are high voltages that in extreme cases can lead to death. Repairs should therefore only be carried out by specially trained personnel. Please never attempt to open, repair or modify one of our devices yourself.

Warranty and repair

Part of our philosophy is a commitment to offering our customers the best quality. Nevertheless, it is possible that one of our devices will develop a fault. Please note the following information if you have a faulty power supply unit from PULS Vario.

2-year warranty

In the absence of any agreement to the contrary, we offer a two-year warranty on all products made by PULS Vario in line with applicable legislation.

Once the warranty period has expired, we will be happy to give you an individual quote for repairs, modifications or other services. We will try to keep the costs for you as low as possible.

Return and repair

We will analyse your device immediately and then send a quotation if the repair is not covered by the warranty. There is no charge for this quotation. You can then decide whether to have the repair carried out. To do that, you just need to confirm the quotation sent to you.

Please note: when returning devices, please ask for an RMA number (repair code) before sending!
