Operating Instructions
Since we manufacture solutions from modified devices to complete assemblies, operating instructions are not included. Customers coordinate their requirements with us and therefore know how they will connect and use the devices. However, if requested, customers will receive explicit documentation for the power supplies. And, of course, our support team will also help to put devices into operation.

Security: Must Know
For technical reasons, power supplies use high voltages, which in extreme cases can lead to death. Repairs should therefore only be carried out by specially trained personnel. Please never try to open, repair or modify our devices yourself.

Guarantee and Repairs
2-Year Warranty
Within the framework of current legislation, we offer a two-year warranty on all PULS Vario products, unless otherwise agreed. During the warranty period, you can have your devices exchanged or repaired if they show defects or faults, at no extra cost for the customer.
After the warranty has expired, we will be happy to offer you a cost estimate for repairs, conversions or other services. We will endeavor to keep your costs as low as possible.
Returns and Repairs
We will immediately carry out an analysis of the device and then send you a cost estimate, assuming it is not a warranty repair. The cost estimate is free of charge. You can then decide whether the repair should be carried out. All you have to do is confirm the cost estimate sent to you.
